Mr. Skebba is an associate at Arch & Lake where he focuses on intellectual property litigation. He joined Arch & Lake following a clerkship with the Honorable Laura D. Hatcher at the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware. Prior to serving as a clerk, Mr. Skebba worked as a World Bank legal consultant where he consulted on technology law issues, including those relating to e-commerce, cybercrime and cybersecurity, data protection, digital identification and authentication, artificial intelligence governance and ethics, open-source software licensing, and digital rights. Mr. Skebba also taught legal research, writing, and analysis as a C.V. Starr Lecturer of Law at Peking University’s School of Transnational Law.
